Ruttloff Brings His Studio and Custom Jeans to Berlin
Bryan's visited Ruttloff's new studio and brought home a souvenir
Back to work, back to school, back to reality.
After three weeks of what has probably been the best and most relaxing holiday my family and I have ever had, it’s freakin’ hard getting back into my groove! 😓
I feel like Genie coming out of the lamp for the first time 🧞♂️ Hopefully, I’ll be able to do ‘my magic’ again soon.
This summer, Bryan visited Ruttloff’s new studio in Berlin, and he’s put together one heck of a brand profile (with stunning images) of the German denim atelier. Plus I’ve found some cool new gear that I think you’ll like.
BRAND PROFILE
Johann Ruttloff, the master of custom-made denim from Dresden, has recently relocated his workshop to Berlin, bringing his expertise and vintage sewing machines to the city's vibrant creative scene.
The move, while challenging, including a mishap with a vintage hemstitch machine, has invigorated his craft.
In Berlin, Johann continues to offer his highly sought-after bespoke jeans, tailored meticulously to each customer's preferences.
His new studio has quickly become a destination for denim enthusiasts who appreciate quality and craftsmanship, ensuring that each pair tells a unique story.
What’s the Deal with Ruttloff Jeans?
It's not just the meticulous craftsmanship or the bespoke approach to each pair (though that alone is impressive).
It's Johann’s dedication to blending tradition with a modern twist, creating jeans that are not only beautifully made but also deeply personal.
Whether you're a denim purist or someone on the lookout for something special, Ruttloff’s creations might just be what you didn’t know you needed.
