Staying Busy with a New Client and Denimhunters Devs

A packed week with new projects for Denimhunters and a new client in the fold

What is up denim people?!

It’s been a whirlwind of a week for me, with Denimhunters taking a bit of a backseat 😳

A month ago, I wrapped up my consulting work with ONLY. For a couple of weeks there, I was a little nervous about what would be next.

Then, at the end of October, I took on a new client: the Danish menswear brand, Anerkjendt. They’ve essentially stepped right into ONLY’s spot in terms of commitment and cash flow, which is perfect timing if you ask me!

I kicked off the week strong, joining them for a photoshoot for the upcoming AW25 collection. We captured some sharp new looks they’ll be showing to the sales team soon, and then rounded out the day with a few drinks and dinner. Cue an unwelcome fever creeping in.

Tuesday was a bit of a wash—felt lousy and had the added joy of taking our daughter to the hospital for some blood tests. The rest of the week had me based at Anerkjendt’s office in Jutland, and now I’m finally making my way back home to Hørsholm.

In the Pipeline for Denimhunters

This week, I’d lined up a fresh content partnership and a giveaway to share with you guys, but between work and a bit of a bug, it’s been put on hold. I’ll have it all set for next week, though, so keep an eye out.

In other news, I’m working on a tool for Denimhunters that I’ve been wanting to develop for ages. If it goes according to plan, it’ll genuinely change how you navigate the platform to discover the best jeans and gear out there. With any luck, we’ll go live before year’s end 🤞

Oh, and since the last newsletter, the Iron Heart x Indigofera friendship blanket dropped. Being a huge fan of both brands, I’m thrilled to have snagged one for myself 🤩

I got mine from Brund, and there are still a few up for grabs. If you’re interested, check Iron Heart’s website, Franklin & Poe, or Iron Shop Provisions.

Undecided how to use the blanket, but it does make a nice bedspread

Bonus info (that you might not care about): My wife’s a cardiologist, so she obviously loved the heart design ❤️

PS. The thumbnail of this newsletter that’s front the “Ocean” exhibition, which I saw with my kids last Sunday while mummy was at work.
